If your Magcheer product has a manufacturing defect (not caused by use), we’re committed to making it right. That’s our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

What’s Covered

We will replace your Magcheer product if it has a manufacturing defect—examples include:

  • Lid Issues: Leaks (in leak-proof designs) or broken threading on lids for magnetic water bottles or cocktail shakers; magnetic components failing to attach as intended.
  • Insulation Failure: For insulated products (water bottles, cocktail shakers): Fill with ice water and wait 2 hours—if condensation forms on the outer surface (indicating broken insulation), this is covered. Note: Timing only how long drinks stay hot/cold is not a reliable test for insulation defects.
  • Stainless Steel Component Defects: Rusting, warping, or cracking of the double-wall stainless steel body (not from drops or impacts).
  • Shipping Damage: Products arriving dented, scratched, or with broken parts (must be reported before first use).

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, surface scuffs, fading from regular use).
  • Damage from misuse, drops, improper cleaning (e.g., using abrasive cleaners), or modifications (e.g., engraving, attaching non-Magcheer accessories).
  • Counterfeit Magcheer products, or purchases from unauthorized sellers (not including Magcheer’s official independent site or authorized Amazon stores).

Where It Applies

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser of Magcheer products in North America and Europe, bought through authorized channels: Magcheer’s official independent site or authorized Amazon sellers.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact us directly via email—no online forms required. Simply send all details to: service@magcheer.com

Your email must include the following information (incomplete submissions may delay processing):

  1. Order Number: Provide your full order number from Magcheer’s independent site or your Amazon order ID (screenshots of orders are accepted).
  2. Problem Description: Clearly state:
    • The Magcheer product model (e.g., “Magnetic Insulated Water Bottle” ).
    • The exact defect (e.g., “lid leaks when tilted” or “condensation forms after 1 hour of ice water”).
    • When you first noticed the issue.
  3. Visual Proof: Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect (e.g., a photo of condensation on the bottle, a video of the lid leaking).
  4. Product Details Photo: Include a photo of the product’s base (where Magcheer’s product details/engravings are printed)—this helps us confirm the item’s authenticity and model.

Replacement Details

  • We will first attempt to replace your defective product with the same model and color, if available.
  • If the exact model/color is out of stock, you will receive a similar Magcheer product of equal value and functionality.
  • Limited-edition or discontinued models may not be replaceable—we will offer the closest alternative available.
