Frequently asked Questions
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. For US domestic shipping, most regions get deliveries in 3 – 7 business days. For remotely located areas, it may take 7 – 10 business days due to longer transit distances. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info. You can also track it via “Order History” in your account.
We aim for your satisfaction! You can return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return/exchange, email service@magcheer.com with your order number, reason, and photos if needed.
After approval, ship items to the address we provide (you cover return shipping unless it’s our error).
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days after inspection. Final – sale items (marked “Non – Returnable”) can’t be returned—check product pages.
If your order is unshipped, email service@magcheer.com with your order number and the correct address. If it’s already shipped, contact us ASAP at the same email.
We’ll try to help update the address, but can’t guarantee success once in transit. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we can reship (you pay reshipping fees) or process a refund (minus original shipping costs) after the package returns to us.
